The content of each jar goes through a quality safety system of up to 260 controls, from soil analyses and raw material analyses to testing the finished product. When our farmers harvest and deliver fruit and vegetables, the raw products are tested for the most important substances. Should our lab find a substance that doesn’t belong there, the raw products are not processed any further.
Even though we only use selected ingredients, the path to best quality follows a tight control system.

The technical equipment in our lab can filter out about 1,200 possible residues, in such small amounts comparable to a grain of salt in a 25 m swimming pool.
